Although our business is based on old-fashioned hard work and traditional refrigeration principles, we constantly explore new technologies and implement them whenever it is deemed to be both proper and necessary to maintain our preeminent position.

COMPANY HISTORY

Courtesy Refrigeration was established in 1971 and is located in the heart of beautiful San Diego, California. In 1978, Refrigeration Specialist Co. was created to service and install commercial refrigeration equipment.  The company was built primarily on quality service and installments.  Courtesy Refrigeration and Refrigeration Specialist co. shared the same ethics and quality of workmanship, and the companies merged in 1989.

In 2004, Brian Osborne purchased Courtesy Refrigeration, and the legacy of quality service and installations continues.  Brian brings to Courtesy Refrigeration 20 years of refrigeration mechanical and technical skills.  As Service Manager of Courtesy Refrigeration in the early 1990's, and later, as Service Manager of a local competitor, he built his reputation in San Diego's refrigeration community as a skilled mechanic and a source of knowledge and information for co-workers and competitors alike.

Over the years, the skills and quality of personnel have allowed Courtesy to remain in the refrigeration market in San Diego County.
