History of the CompanyCourtesy Refrigeration was established in 1971 and is located in the heart of beautiful San Diego, California. In 1978, Refrigeration Specialist Co. was created to service and install commercial refrigeration equipment. The company was built primarily on quality service and installments. Courtesy Refrigeration and Refrigeration Specialist co. shared the same ethics and quality of workmanship, and the companies merged in 1989. In 2004, Brian Osborne purchased Courtesy Refrigeration, and the legacy of quality service and installations continues. Brian brings to Courtesy Refrigeration 20 years of refrigeration mechanical and technical skills. As Service Manager of Courtesy Refrigeration in the early 1990’s, and later, as Service Manager of a local competitor, he built his reputation in San Diego’s refrigeration community as a skilled mechanic and a source of knowledge and information for co-workers and competitors alike. Over the years, the skills and quality of personnel
have allowed Courtesy to remain in the refrigeration market in San Diego
County.
Mission StatementCourtesy Refrigeration is in business to provide highest quality sales, service and installation of commercial refrigeration products to San Diego County’s hospitality and industrial refrigeration clientele. Although our business is based on old-fashioned hard work and traditional refrigeration principles, we constantly explore new technologies and implement them whenever it is deemed to be both proper and necessary to maintain our preeminent position. Our clients are the reason we are in business. Many of our valued clients are the source for new business referrals. In order to build and maintain lasting relationships with those valued clients, we have a client care program aimed at achieving and maintaining a company-wide standard of excellent service and care for our valued clients. We invest in our employees and maintain a work environment that is conducive to their physical and mental health. We provide them with challenges and rewards that encourage them to make meaningful contributions to the company, our clients, the industry, and our community.
